What if I move or change jobs during my three-year commitment? 

You can change jobs as long as you continue working for another approved Service Commitment Site within New York State and stay in an eligible healthcare role. Always let your case manager know before making a change to stay in compliance with your agreement. You will be required to repay all of your grant funding, if you do not meet the three-year requirement
