Approved Employers for Your 3-Year Service Commitment
Our Provider Partners are healthcare, behavioral health and social care organizations that have been approved by the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) as eligible employers for Career Pathways Training participants. These organizations meet specific requirements and are where program participants can complete their required three-year service commitment within region 2, the area we serve.
Eligible settings include Community Health Centers and FQHCs, hospitals, behavioral health clinics, substance use disorder treatment centers, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, nonprofit human service organizations and more. Ineligible settings include, k-12 schools and prisons.
New approved employers are added at the end of each month. If your organization is not currently listed, you can work with your assigned case manager to review eligibility and ensure it is considered for approval.
