About Us

The Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program helps people start and grow their health, behavioral health, and social care careers in New York.

Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training (CPT) is dedicated to connecting with individuals who have a natural calling to care for others (a.k.a. those who have the Caring Gene®). The need for compassionate professionals in the care industry has never been greater. Since 2018, we’ve been matching people with the Caring Gene® to healthcare employers in their local areas.

In 2024, through funding from a New York Start grant, we expanded our mission to offer comprehensive support, including career exploration, complete coverage of tuition, and job preparation. Our ongoing guidance is designed to empower you to achieve your career goals with confidence. Our funding has also expanded our ability to support individuals interested in behavioral health and social care as well as healthcare.
