What is a Service Commitment?

A service commitment means that after completing your education or training through the Caring Gene® Healthcare Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program, you agree to work for three years in a healthcare, behavioral health or social care organization located in New York State that serves at least 30% Medicaid or uninsured patients.
