How long does it take for funding to be disbursed to my school?

Educational partners provide detailed student invoices to the Caring Gene® Educational Partnership team for review and verification. Once approved, payment is actioned and funds typically takes 3-4 weeks to process. We understand that account holds can be stressful, especially when they may affect your ability to register for the next semester or receive loan disbursements.

If you are experiencing this issue, please contact your Case Manager and let them know which school has placed the hold on your account. Our team can reach out to the school to request that the hold be temporarily removed for registration purposes while your payment is being processed.

While we cannot guarantee that all holds will be lifted, we will work with the school whenever possible to help prevent disruptions to your enrollment.
