In Their Own Words is a monthly series featuring insights and feedback from Caring Gene® participants—because the people best equipped to tell the story of the CPT Program are those who’ve lived it.

The following students received healthcare career funding through the Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training Program, which covers tuition, books, and fees for eligible participants. We asked them all the following question:
